Appeal to reactivate terminated number

For users whose numbers have been terminated due to failure to top up or pay the bill, you can still try to appeal to get back the number. However, please note that the number should not have been terminated for more than 30 days (check the termination SMS date).

Create letter

Please use the Letter Generator below to help you create your letter for reactivating your terminated Onexox number. Simply fill in your name, identification number, and phone number, and click the "Generate Letter" button. The system will provide a proper letter to be sent to the Onexox Careline.

After the letter is generated, click the "Send" button to send the email accordingly.

Get you new simpack

Please bear in mind that if your number is eligible for reactivation, you will be penalized with a fee of RM50. If you think the fee is not worth it, you can purchase a new SIM card and get a 3-year validity starting from only RM40 (SIM pack RM10 + Welcome Deal RM30).
