How to terminate Onexox Postpaid plan

In this article, I will show you how to terminate your Onexox Postpaid plan and how customers fall into the trap set by Onexox dealers.

Terminate Onexox Postpaid

I understand that some of you are not satisfied with Onexox telco because you feel that you were lied to by Onexox dealers who gave you free SIM cards at various events in your area. Now, you are looking for a way to terminate Onexox postpaid plan through this website.

Dealer gives FREE SIM Card

Usually, dealers will give prospects a postpaid SIM plan and tell them it's free. Later, you realize it's not free. It is actually free for the 1st or 2nd month, but after that, the user needs to continue using this SIM and pay the bills. Every month as stated on Onexox Black terms and condition.

However, I don't know whether the dealer gave the wrong information or if the customer was confused or misunderstood the info that the Onexox dealers provided. But I believe there are dealers who don't care about the customer's understanding; what's important to them is their commission. What happens to the customer is not their problem.

As a responsible Onexox dealer, I have never and will not use that trick on customers. It has no integrity at all.

Now, I will show you how to terminate your Onexox Postpaid (Onexox Black) account.

Step by step termination guide

  1. First, you need to check the amount due (dial *150*1#). Let's say you subscribed to the MySISWA plan. Let's say the amount due is RM74.20. Now, you need to add the monthly commitment of RM37.10 (RM35 + 6% SST) to the amount due of RM74.20.
  2. What you need to do is pay the amount due + the current monthly commitment, which is approximately RM74.20 + RM37.10 = RM111.30
  3. After you have paid the amount due and the current cycle bill (RM111.30), call Onexox Careline at 12273 (using your Onexox SIM) or 1300888010 (using another SIM) and tell the Onexox Customer Service that you want to terminate this number.

The bill is your monthly commitment

I know you may wonder why you need to pay the bill when you never used the SIM. No, it's not like that. Once you agree to subscribe to the plan (Onexox Postpaid Plan), you are responsible for paying the monthly commitment. Just because you don't know doesn't mean it's not fair. As I said earlier, (maybe) the Onexox dealer tried to manipulate you into accepting the SIM card by saying something "FREE" or something else to attract your attention. Who doesn't want free items, right? But in the end, you said that you never used that SIM.

There is a SIM with no commitment

Please accept that you have been manipulated and let's settle this problem once and for all. However, please remember, if you want to use Onexox in the future, please contact me.

I promise to give you the best Onexox plan without any monthly commitment. It's Onexox Prepaid that gives you 3 years of SIM validity for only RM40 as a starter, and for the remaining 3 years, you don't need to top up your SIM unless you want to buy internet data. WhatsApp me.
